The FIRST ANNUAL
RIGHT TO LIFE CONFERENCE on the DIGNITY OF HUMAN LIFE - Acquiring
the habits to live a virtuous life in a secular culture
will be held in Cody, October 1, 2005 at the Holiday Inn.
National speakers, Father Wade Menezes and Barbara McGuigan present
a dynamic format. Bob Brechtel, a Natrona County legislator, will
update conference participants on current challenges in the legislative
arena and demonstrate how to uphold the culture of life through
political activism within a lawful framework. For more information

Our Mission
In 1973 the
US Supreme Court ruled that abortion was legal for any reason
during all nine months of pregnancy. Since then, over 40
million babies have died in abortion chambers. According
to recent polls, almost half of Americans remain confused
regarding their position on abortion.
We must counter the pro-abortion "pro-choice" rhetoric in
American society by emphasizing our compassion for women. We must reach
out to every woman faced with the agony of abortion and say to her:
Your life and the life of your baby are both important, and we will
not desert either of you. We want to love you both.
Life Issues Institute is leading the way in reinvigorating and coordinating
a major, nationwide education compaign. Until people are also convinced
that this is truly a baby in the womb, no other arguments will be successful.
This nationwide effort involves all pro-life groups, state and local
chapters, women help centers and churches in a common educational effort
to reach out to stimulate and educate millions of people who have not
yet made up their minds on the abortion issue. These people are the
ones who ultimately will determine if your children and grandchildren
will be protected in the years ahead.
